Remember the better you can explain the problem the less time for me and less cost for you.  If I think I can be of assistance I will first want to connect remotely to your computer.  There will be no charge if I can’t be of assistance.  The introductory cost is $15 at the beginning of each 30 minute session.  My preference is to resolve the issue in your home.  That will be an additional $15 charge for a home visit.
